Episode 01.01, "Air, Pt 1":

Criminal consortium the Lucien Alliance attacks the Icarus Base just as the formula for unlocking the Stargates’ greatest mystery is solved by prodigy Eli Wallace (David Blue). Dr. Rush wants the base personnel to flee through the Stargate into the unknown, arguing that this may be the only chance for them to discover what the damn Ninth Chevron is all about. Thinking they’re going to die, the surviving crew follows his lead, and is thus stranded on an Ancient ship far, far from home. With limited supplies and military personnel, a bunch of civilian scientists and only one medic among them, so begins an epic struggle for survival...  

Episode 01.02 - "Air, Pt 2":

Everyone realises life support isn’t working and the crew thinks they’re going to die. Senator’s daughter Chloe Armstrong (Elyse Levesque) is grief-stricken when her father gives his life to save everyone else and buy them some time, but is soon comforted by the very hot Lt. Matthew Scott (Brian J. Smith). 

Episode 01.03 - "Air, Pt 3":

The crew still thinks they’re going to die, so Scott leads a team onto a desert planet in search of lime to save the air filtration system; he ends up going it alone, but it could be too late. Determined not to leave him behind, Greer (Jamil Walker Smith) goes back for Scott and they stumble back onto the ship. Life support is fixed. Phew!

Episode 01.04 - "Darkness":

The lights go out due to a power shortage. The crew thinks they’re going to die, but when Destiny enters a solar system, they temporarily get their hopes up and plan to land on a suitable planet. Unfortunately, Destiny has other ideas and heads straight for the sun.

Episode 01.05 - "Light":

Uh, the crew still thinks they’re going to die. Young holds a lottery to fill the limited seats of the ship’s only shuttle, which will then head off to a planet and hope for the best. But luckily the Destiny’s only stopping by the sun for some fuel. Meanwhile, Eli’s hopes of getting together with Chloe are crushed.

Episode 01.06 - "Water":

The ship is getting low on water, and the military component of the crew’s roster needs to get more before word of this spreads (or the crew will think they’re going to die). Fortunately, the Destiny stops by an ice planet. As TJ and Greer battle with an alien intruder on board, Young and Scott get the ice and do some male bonding.

Episode 01.07 - "Earth":

A proposed solution from the SGC hierarchy on Earth to get them home is met with skepticism by the Destiny crew, who think they’ll die if they try it. Earth commandeers bodies via the communication stones to send in Colonel Telford (Lou Diamond Philips) to make it happen. Young gets busy with his wife (while in Telford’s body), and much to everyone’s surprise, Rush saves the day.

Episode 01.08 - "Time":

The crew watch a kino (cool, spacey camcorder) recording sent back in time showing them all dying on a planet when attacked by some nasty alien creatures. They think they’re going to die due to the aliens… but then they begin to die after getting sick from bugs in the water. They realize that the nasty aliens hold the cure, but tragically, it is too late. Scott sends another kino back in time, hoping the third timeline will be more fortunate...

Episode 01.09 - "Life":

... which they must’ve been because life continues!  IOA liaison Camile (Ming Na) gets to go home and after spending some time with her partner Sharon (Reiko Aylesworth), she decides that she may need to take control of the Destiny if she’s going to stand a chance of getting home for real, since Young is busily beating up Telford for hitting on his wife and yelling at Rush for making stuff up.

Episode 01.10 - "Justice":

A crew member is found dead and Young is framed for his murder. Camile uses the opportunity to seize power, only to lose it again when a suicide message is found clearing Young of wrong-doing. Young deduces that Rush tried to set him up, and after some rage-venting fisticuffs, the Colonel leaves the troublesome scientist behind on a barren alien world...
